Just like it’s sister-restaurant on Bornholm, nature is a central theme of the restaurant. There’s a splendid, non-alcoholic beverage list containing juices, kombucha, kefir, and homemade garden-tea. The methods implemented for the restaurant to work more sustainably are fine-tuned continuously; for example, food waste is collected and turned into biogas.
