The gastronomic style at Fredriksminde is distinctly Nordic, with a clear focus on local produce and a lot of what is being served coming from the restaurant’s garden. While other ingredients, such as mushrooms, herbs, and berries, are harvested in the woods. Although the dinner is divided into a long series of minuscule portions, we leave Fredriksminde deeply satisfied.
