In a former barn, where the light has a near biblical quality, Nordic food is created from the island’s best produce – in a manner so competent that foodies come to visit from all over the world. The menu has its’ own style, and the flavors are multidimensional. Beautiful, Icelandic china harmonizes well with the dishes, that are rooted in nature. The wines are first and foremost natural. Although they – for obvious reasons – aren’t local, we get to taste Swiss wine by Icelandic winemaker Hoss Hauksson, Horn, Hauksson Wine, Kerner 2017with one of the dishes.
