Felix and Nel work in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons, always prioritizing high-quality food and drinks sourced through strong relationships with local farmers. While their focus is local, they also welcome exotic fruits, like yuzu, when the quality meets their standards. In-house, they craft refreshing lemonades, ginger beers, and kombuchas, often using ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, such as pea peels in fresh juices. For wine lovers, the wine list is entirely European, highlighting natural and organic wines, complemented by locally brewed Belgian beers.
