Art meets culinary excellence at this quaint, 18th century farmhouse, located next to a castle and an enchanting sculpture park in the south of Sweden. The restaurant’s menu draws profound inspiration from its idyllic surroundings, showcasing a vibrant medley of game, wild berries, mushrooms, and herbs foraged from the nearby woods. These are perfectly complemented by meat, dairy, and vegetables sourced from the organic Wanås farm, along with sustainably caught fish from the serene waters of Lake Ringsjön. In the kitchen, chef Linus Lind creates honest, simple dishes; highlighting the ingredients without overshadowing them.
