This swanky but friendly, plant-based bistro is a part of Ark’s ever-expanding eco system. Like at its big sisters’, ambitions run high in the front of house, as well as behind the scenes. The courtyard harbours a small but lovingly nurtured garden, where – through a wide variety of preservation methods – a large quantity of the harvest is earmarked for the darker months ahead. The dishes are simply beautiful, somehow managing to be artistic and irresistibly messy at the same time. Whether you’re a vegan or a sceptic, you’re in for a treat.
