As for game and fowl, Fredrik himself hunts what is served at the restaurant. Åre Nature Studio is run by Fredrik Karlsson and Pernilla Flinkfeldt, creating an intimate and personal experience for the 13 lucky guests who manage to secure a table. On the plate, you’ll find incredible ingredients with unmistakable character and origin. In the glass, expect artisanal wines and non-alcoholic beverages brimming with depth and magic.
