Mads has a background as a gardener, and he has traveled around the world and eaten at many top restaurants. His biggest passion is wine, and he has been working professionally with wine for almost 20 years—the last ten years as an independent wine writer and sommelier lecturer in Copenhagen.
Kristin is WSET Level 3 certified and has almost a decade of experience from working professionally with wine, currently as Head of Marketing and Communications at the Norwegian wine importer Moestue Grape Selections. Previously she has also worked as a PR consultant and a journalist. She is based in Oslo, but sets out on gastronomic adventures as often as she can.
