Pär Bergkvist

Initiator of 360° and CEO at Bergkvist Publishing, the company behind the guide. Publisher at Restaurangvärlden, BAKA, White Guide Junior and White Guide Green; author of five cook books.

Chairman Denmark

Rasmus Palsgård

In 2015, at the age of 26, Rasmus Palsgård became the youngest member of The Danish Food Critic Association. Founder of the blog Feinschmeckeren and a regular contributor to several leading, Danish gastronomy magazines.

Lars Roest-Madsen

Lars Roest-Madsen (b. 1984) is a freelance journalist, author and food critic specialised within the field of gastronomy. He is a food critic for Gastro – Denmark’s leading gourmet magazine – and writes for some of the leading Danish newspapers and magazines.

Mads Jordansen

Sommelier lecturer at Dansk Sommelier Uddannelse and independent wine critic. Wine writing for Winelab.dk and a few wine magazines. Mads has worked with organic food and wine for nearly two decades and traveled around the globe for unique wine and food experiences.

Martin Villumsen

Martin is an ambitious food writer based in Odense and is the founder of the Danish food blog, Rigeligtsmør.dk. He has a great knowledge about and interest in food, natural wine and sustainability.

Pia Bendel

Editor-in-chief at business magazines Restaurangvärlden and BAKA at Bergkvist Publishing. Formerly editor-in-chief at Mat & Vänner, Vin & Bar Journalen and alltommat.se; editor at Gourmet and Aperitif.

Sara Berg

Freelance journalist and barista. Writes about food and culture, for example at Sydsvenskan, Restaurangvärlden, Expressen an Svenska Dagbladet, working at a coffe shop I Malmö. Has published the cookbook “Pasta på Italienska” and soon to come: “Berlin för foodisar”, both at Natur & Kultur.

Tove Oskarsson Henckel

Educated journalist and sommelier. She has been editor-in-chief of Gourmet for eight years, but also works as a writer at Svenska Dagbladet, runs the blog onmytable.se and the podcast Eat Drink Think Travel with Tove and Daniella.

Anders Husa

Anders Husa is a marketer, food writer, and photographer based in Oslo. Through the work of his restaurant and travel blog, he has dined at some of the best restaurants in Scandinavia and around the world. He shares his adventures and curated city guides on his blog Foodie Stories by Anders Husa.

Linn Johnsen

Works with sustainability and climate policy in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. Runs a food and wine blog with the main focus on natural wine also Oslo ambassador for Star Wine List .

André Brandt

Works with coffee for Solberg & Hansen, beer for Ego Brygghus and wine for Bertil & Martens. Bartender, beer sommelier and soon also wine sommelier.

Pauliina Siniauer

Food specialised journalist and producer, formerly at Helsingin Sanomat, Radio Helsinki, Saveur and NBC News. Has studied food journalism in Helsinki, Berlin and New York. Currently works at The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).

Anna Paljakka

Restaurant critic for Helsingin Sanomat, the largest newspaper in Scandinavia, now for 23 years. Lived 10 years out of Finland. US, Italy, Denmark, Brussels, Sweden, Vietnam, Japan. For work, for love, but always driven by culinary curiosity. Contributed to a number of books on cooking and restaurants.

Sanna Maskulin

The editor-in-chief of Glorian ruoka&viini, highly respected food magazine in Finland. She has years of experience in food journalism, researches food trends, and is specialized in great food & wine pairs.

Valtteri Väkevä

A former restaurant critic of the largest newspaper in Scandinavia, Helsingin Sanomat, also hosted a monthly food column in Image Magazine. Currently a sub-editor in a travel magazine Mondo, where he also covers food and restaurants.
