The initiative in question should represent an act or idea that is relevant to the restaurant industry and which is of particular benefit to the restaurants’ endeavors for a more sustainable business.

Clarity
The initiative – should be clearly focused on sustainability and the values represented by WWF: food for a living planet. Such as less but better meat, sustainably fished and farmed fish, food that keeps the climate budget, minimized food waste, communication of sustainability to the guest, sustainable production and/or sustainable food choices.

Result
The initiative shall demonstrate a measurable result.
