How do you minimize food waste?
“Old bread becomes croutons for soups and salads. It also becomes barbecue sandwiches. Wheat bread is used for crusts that are sold in stores. We also make bases and bread pudding out of old wheat bread when it’s available. We throw away very little!”
How do you prevent bullying, sexism, and other intolerable behavior in the workplace? Is there a clearly-stated policy?
“No written policy, but on the other hand, our employment contracts feature rules that must be followed.”
