A small personal bakery and café where proprietor Jeanette Ekerås does her best to use locally-produced and organic ingredients for all of her bread and pastries. The seafood is MSC-certified, any meat and sausages are from local sources, and the flour is organic — either from Warbro Kvarn or Åker & Äng.

We freeze everything that is left over or use it in new products.

There’s no written policy; however, we have a small team that is close-knit.
