Here, organic ingredients are the heartbeat of everything. According to its own statements, about 85 percent of the raw ingredients are organic, and most are purchased locally. The organic flour mostly comes from Råberga, between Örebro and Linköping. But the Saltå kvarn, Warbro kvarn, and Limabacka kvarn in Halland also supply organic, locally grown flour. Synthetic ingredients are completely banned. The coffee available is also organic and only brewed. There’s no espresso machine to reduce the consumption of milk. The fridge is stocked with juice from Palla and Rescued, both of which use leftover fruit to make their drinks.
