Äppelgården Café & Musteri
Äppelgården is a café that doesn’t want to compromise. Here, ingredients are chosen from their own farms — or from other growers in the area and food producers, who take responsibility and fully manage their sustainability. They use organic bakery flour from Berte Qvarn, which is made from grains harvested from the local fields. The meat comes from the local farms and hunters, allowing for traceability of where the animals originate, what they have eaten, and what environments they’ve lived in. Fruit and vegetables served at Äppelgården are either home-grown or from one of the local producers who share their philosophy.
