Artipelag, Bådan Café & Konditori 

Everything is baked and created from scratch, focusing on Swedish, locally produced, and organic raw materials – without compromising quality.

 

 

Bageriet BAK 

“For us, sustainability is not only raw materials – it’s also about the people.” Organic and locally grown are two key concepts that best describe the bakery BAK, located in the historical K-branded building in Kastanjegården. Here you find small plantations where the bakery grows berries and herbs, partly for the business and the neighborhood.

 

 

Bergstrands Bageri 

When the small craft bakery in Vasastan opened its doors in 2019, owner couple Sara and Tobias had made an important decision: to work only with the best raw materials, locally produced and partly organic.

Here, organic is completely logical! In Boo Gård’s cultural buildings in Nacka, they are passionate about presenting suitable raw materials to their customers, preferably what is just around the corner.

 

 

Brioche Bageri & Bistro

At Brioche Bageri & Bistro, everything is baked and cooked on-site from scratch using well-chosen natural ingredients. Honest, genuine, and simple – just as it should be!

 

 

Brunkebergs Bageri och Bistro 

A dear child has many names: Restaurant, bakery, patisserie, shop, café, and meeting place. Brunkan craft bakery at Birger Jarlsgatan 53 serves food from scratch, preferably from ingredients from selected, nearby producers.

 

 

Bröd & Salt (Sankt Eriksplan)

Bread & Salt invest sustainably! All food is prepared on-site, the ingredients are carefully selected, the brewing coffee is organic, and you find exclusively seasonal vegetables and Swedish proteins in the salad bar.

 

 

Kafé Sjöstugan

Kafé Sjöstugan at Brunnsviken in The National City Park in Solna invests in organic, locally produced, and homemade products. The valuable ingredients are handled with great care, and the goal is zero waste – great taste.

 

 

K-märkt Garnisonen

At the food café in Garnisonen, sustainability has been brought to a higher level, including social and economic sustainability. The focus is on reducing food waste by primarily being menuless and caring for raw materials with some beauty spots.

 

 

Magnus Johansson Bageri & konditori

Magnus Johansson Bageri & konditori at Lugnets Allé 7 is passionate about finding the best ingredients, preferably locally and organically. The café runs with great love for genuine craftsmanship.

 

 

Pascal Café & Bageri

At Café Pascal in Vasastan, coffee is the heart of the business. Here you can enjoy home-roasted specialty coffee, and the menus arranged according to the season – to get as close to the local ingredients as possible.

 

 

Rosenhills Trädgård

Rosenhill serves food with a focus on what the season and its garden provide. The menu is based on crops from the garden and as many organic raw materials as possible. Close collaborations with local producers are also a requirement.

 

 

Rådmansö Bageributik

This is a traditional small bakery in Norrtälje with a big heart and high quality. The ambition is to use the raw material on the raw material’s terms and work based on the philosophy: as local and ecological as possible with the most limited climate impact.

 

 

Skeppsbro bageri

In the heart of Skeppsbrokajen we find Skeppsbro bageri, a 100% organic craft bakery overlooking the water. Here, everything is made from scratch with an equal dose of passion and organic ingredients.

 

 

Svedjan Bageri Södermalm

For the past ten years, Alfred Hellström has been running a café on the family’s farm outside Skellefteå. In October 2020, he opened a craft café-version in Stockholm. Svedjan Bageri on Söder offers a small but ambitious range of buns, slices of bread, and cakes baked on flour from Warbro Kvarn.

 

 

Vintervikens Trädgårdskafé

Vintervikens Trädgårdskafé runs a non-profit association with a clear focus on sustainability. The café is open almost all year round and serves food from scratch, based on organic and vegetarian cuisine.

 

 

Vischan på Kröns

Local, Local, Local! Here, locally produced, organic, and KRAV-certified is as natural as the hens pecking and the cows grazing; only a stone’s throw away from where you enjoy your organic coffee and locally produced pastries.

 

 

Växplats Nybyn

At this organic garden center, you will find organic products and organic self-picking of flowers and plants. In this old Roslags-setting, you will also find a café with primarily organic and fair-trade raw materials.
